What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register on our site, subscribe to our newsletter, and when interacting with us via Formilla product functionality. When registering on our site, we may collect your name, e-mail address, website URL, IP address, and information about the device you're using to connect to our website. You may, however, browse our web site without providing this information.
We collect customer information on behalf of you to deliver the product or service you subscribe to use. For example, when a customer visits your website, Formilla detects the IP address of the customer, their geo-location (based on IP address look-up), and what device they’re using when accessing your website. By default, Formilla only stores this information in your Formilla account when a customer initiates a chat conversation, submits an offline email when you’re unavailable to chat, or submits their email address using Formilla popups. In the event your customer submits an offline email form, their email address is retained as well.

How do we protect your information?
Access to your Formilla account is protected using a login email and password. Passwords are stored securely in the Formilla database with one-way hash (not readable) and never logged in any way.
When accessing your Formilla account, your credentials are transmitted securely using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL, HTTPS) with 2048-bit encryption.
Formilla regularly installs software and security patches to production environments at least on a monthly basis, or as otherwise recommended by our technology and software vendors.
